Repeated planning of a ticket

I would love to be able to enter a ticket for a user on repeating days. Eg 4hr for Ticket 123 each Monday between 01.01.2020 and 01.05.2020 except holidays.

Show a user's availability across all teams that user is a member of

As a resource manager I want to see where exactly a person is engaged, for how long and to what extent, to be able to wisely utilise and reassign our resources.

Adding Custom Task ID/Tempo Tasks Fields

Adding custom "task ids or tempo tasks" in addition to Company Activities, Travel, Meetings, Training, so that we could report time for admin tasks or any other custom tasks that are not related to Zendesk tickets.

Report on the workload vs. time spent of the user

I would like to report on how many hours an agent did not log their time over the day.

Report on Manual vs. Suggestions tracking

I would like to be able to pull up a report to view how much time the agent has entered manually vs. how much time was entered via suggestions or automatic tracking.

Improvement: Why am I seeing all of my agents in the Permission settings if only few of them have access to Tempo?

It is confusing to see all my Zendesk agents showing up in the Tempo Settings when I've already defined which agents have access to Tempo when installing the trial.

Auto accept suggested times

Ability for suggested times to be auto accepted instead of manually doing so every day. When you have a lot going on, this can be forgot easily and we have to be reminding associates to do so.

User Registration: Add common configuration options

Add options for linking to Google or Office calendar, request to email link to Tempo the mobile app, and any other common (high-value) configuration options on the registration screen . This will make it obvious to new users these features exist...
