Track time from Zendesk to Jira Tempo

It would be great if there is a possibility to add an appropriate Jira ticket to ZD and track the time directly in the ZD ticket.

That means while we’re working on the ZD ticket, the amount of spent time will be tracked to the appropriate Jira ticket.
