Offer reports that report on Zendesk Tags

It is important to be able to report on Zendesk Tags to understand why some support cases take longer than others.

Make it more visual that Tempo is tracking my time inside a ticket

It would be nice to view a stop watch or something to display that my time is being tracked when I'm working on a ticket.

For admin to access the "My Work" view of other users, and also form a report.

We are trying to understand how users spending their day answering each different tickets, so we know how much gap our agents have every day. Potentially this can help us to understand the work load and add more resources to the team if required.
